At Vascoda we are inspired by the visionary spirit of explorer Vasco Da Gama, who found new routes and made connections between worlds. With that same spirit, we strive to push boundaries in the world of technical drawing and engineering.

Due to shortages in the labor market, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find technically skilled personnel. Vascoda offers a solution via outsourcing for temporary or structural support in the field of 3D, construction or architectural drawings. After a pilot project with one technical draftsman, production company Bemepro now regularly relies on Vascoda to make the right match between their company and experienced profiles in India.

As CEO of Groep Pauwels, Mathias is at home in many markets. But I also quickly realized that connecting the bridge between the shortage in the labor market of local drawing profiles & foreign profiles is a great symbiosis. Thus Vascoda was born.

With both training in the construction sector and more than 15 years of experience in various branches of the construction sector, Mathias matches his expertise to successfully complete every project together with his team.

Our project manager Thibaut is the core of Vascoda. He bridges the gap between our customers and our draftsmen in India, and provides all technical project support.

After studying at Howest University of Applied Sciences, Thibaut started working alongside Mathias. Meanwhile, with extensive experience, Thibaut is the perfect person to help build your projects.
