Assenede WZC
In picturesque Assenede we played a crucial role in the development of a new residential care center. In collaboration with Ibens and Van Maercke Prefab, we modeled all prefab walls in 3D and prepared production sheets. This ensured a seamless transition from design to production, resulting in a safe and comfortable living environment for the elderly.
Izegem Blauwpoorte
We have provided block 6 with a detailed 3D model for steel and prefab for the Blauwpoorte residence in Izegem. In collaboration with Romel, Kolon and Urbes, we put together production packages that ensured streamlined construction. This project illustrates our expertise in creating high-quality living spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Waregem Fire Department
We have created a detailed 3D model and production sheets for the production of precast concrete for the new fire station in Waregem. This project, led by Verstraete.bouw and with concrete production by Bemepro, demonstrated our competence in delivering precise and reliable construction solutions. Thanks to our work, the fire brigade is now housed in a safe and modern facility, ready to carry out their vital work.
Ghent Water Sports Course
We are involved in the construction of a new competition tower at the iconic Watersportbaan in Ghent. For Construction & Renovation we have developed the steel model and the production package for Bemepro. Our accurate model ensured that the tower, a crucial point for sporting events, was constructed firmly and reliably.

Middelkerke Casino
The prestigious Casino in Middelkerke was fitted with complex canopies with variations on the outer facade, designed for Furnibo. Our task was challenging and creative: we integrated various architectural elements to give an iconic look to this landmark project. Every detail was carried out with care and precision, making the casino a real eye-catcher on the coast.

Anderlecht Kozy
We have created a detailed design for student housing for construction company Van Poppel Bouwbedrijf in the vibrant heart of Anderlecht. Each prefab element and floor structure were carefully drawn out. This project combines modern architecture with functional design, creating an inspiring living environment for students.
